Srikanth B Iyer, Managing Director

Srikanth B Iyer, an ardent IT Entrepreneur, is the co-founder and Managing Director of Diksha Technologies. He has over 15 years of industry experience with a strong history of successful ventures. His other ventures include companies such as Edurite Technologies, a multi-million dollar venture, where he is the co-founder and president. He holds a PGD in Software Engineering from Harvard University (DCE) and an UG degree in Computer Science Engineering from Bangalore University, India. His vision for Diksha has been impeccable and he continues to provide support to Diksha in an advisory role.

Sanjay Singhania, Board Member

Sanjay Singhania brings his fine business acumen and IT management expertise to Diksha as its co-founder and Director. He has sound financial & Infrastructure Management expertise in the IT domain in which he has been actively involved for more than 25 years. He is also one of the Founder-Director for Venktron Digital Systems which has offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, India. He continues to be a strong pillar of support for Diksha by lending his expertise on financial and management matters

Ratish Kumar, Board Member

For over 17 years, Rathish Kumar has been a Telecom Billing Expert aiding telecoms worldwide achieve their goals. He has worked with Comverse Systems since early days and has hands-on experience from Arbor 7.1 to the latest versions. Rathish Kumar has led several multi-million dollar projects. While being on the board of Director at Diksha, he is also the co-founder of Daemon technologies in Singapore. He holds a PG Diploma in Software Engineering from Harvard University (DCE) and an undergraduate degree in Science from Mumbai University, India. He continues to provide his technical expertise to top telecom operators across the world.

Chidambaram C, Board Member

Chidambaram is a passionate and brilliant Telecom Billing Expert who has a fantastic track record working with Telcos across India, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and USA. He is a Telecom billing guru with more than 15 years of industry experience and has led several key transformations. He is also the Co-Founder of Intuitive Objects and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Wollongong University, Australia. He currently lends his expertise to one of the major telecos in the APAC

Bharat Raj Dhanala, CEO

Bharat brings with him over 15 years of experience covering Internet, Telecom and E-learning domains. He has successfully scaled the organisation by implementing process-driven approaches and modern practices. Being the ex-CTO of Edurite technologies, he has lead a large team in building one of India's top elearning companies with award and patents winning products. He envisioned and created DigitAlly, patents pending product which won the President’s award for IT 2008 and Mantan: Best e-learning Product Award for 2008.

Anand CR, VP - Operations

• Responsible for overall profitability of operations and accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve and surpass organizational objectives
• Has rich experience of 30 years in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with domain expertise in Strategic Financial Management
• He is also the recipient of Ekalavya and Dasara awards from the Government of India

Prasad Bhargava, VP - Americas

• Manages business-as-usual operations for the US and CALA region and is also responsible for business development along with service delivery in the region
• A senior sales customer relation professional with a proven track record of penetrating major fortune 500 Companies through successful execution of sales strategies and building customer management relationships
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering from Bangalore University

Rajesh Neelakantan, Vertical Head - Kenan

• Managing Kenan as a stream along with Key Account Management. A seasoned client relationship manager, with vast experience in Telecom Billing
• A telecom expert with extensive experience in client requirements analysis and penetrating new business areas across geographies including US, UK and APAC
• Bachelor degree in Engineering from Madras University and Master of Science from University of Central Florida

Sudheer Velatt, Vertical Head - Oracle Solutions

• Responsible for managing service delivery for Oracle products like Oracle BRM, Siebel, Fusion and Oracle e-Business Suite
• Has over 10 years of experience across various technologies like OBRM, Kenan and BSCS , and specializes in both operational and development aspects of telecom billing systems
