Sales Manager - US IT Staffing

Role: US IT Staffing Sales Manager

The candidate should have strong experience in sales and business development within the US IT staffing industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets by providing high-quality IT staffing solutions.

Candidates must be prepared to work during US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new client accounts for IT staffing services in the US market.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling/ email, and leveraging business connections.

- Develop strategies to target new clients and penetrate key markets.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, negotiations, and problem resolution.

- Create and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell IT staffing services.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Experience: - A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales or Business Development is required. Total Experience should not be more than 7 year. Latest Experience should be in US IT Staffing.

Required to work in US shift.
