Job title: NOC L1 Ops
Work Location: Noida

Reports to: NOC Manager

What will you do?
Be a part of a NOC team to handle events for critical Applications and escalate through right channel for early
identification and addressal.
Manage and coordinate recovery actions of critical events to avoid any major incident.
Manage notifications and escalations as per the defined process.
Provide timely and informative updates to management, stakeholders, and users until event closure.
Ensure the appropriate level of the technical or functional support teams are actively engaged.
Assess and validate major incidents and engage MIM as per Incident Management Process.
Understand and track outstanding actions, improvement plans for events managed by NOC
Provide monthly event trend updates to stakeholders, users and management for analysis and alerts reduction
Be able to manage NOC in a 24X7 on-call rotational basis
Excellent Team player
Able to handle bridge calls effectively, when required.
Good communication skills to effectively communicate with leaders in an organization structure or on bridge
calls.
Applications Monitoring 24x7 IT environment (Server, Application, Network, Exchange, Storage, database, and
their services etc.)
Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, as well as providing technical support for the
company’s products or services.
What will make you successful?
At least 4-5 years’ experience in handling Network Ops Center /Command center for an IT Application or IT
Operations environment in 24x7x365 environment
Experience with event monitoring, incident, or problem management tools.
Knowledge of JIRA Service Desk ITSM tool
Knowledge of Grafana, 360 watch tower. ELK SolarWinds, Prometheus and Nagios monitoring tools (Preferred
but not Mandate)
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant experience.
What do you bring to the table?
Knowledge and experience of system and network infrastructures such as LAN and WAN network technologies, server
virtualization, Cloud watch monitoring, enterprise performance and fault monitoring tools.

ITSM - JIRA Service Desk
Monitoring - Grafana, 360 watch tower. ELK SolarWinds, Prometheus, and Nagios monitoring tools (Preferred but not MANDATE)
