Business Development - Fresher

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic fresher to join our business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate from a reputed college to work closely with senior Business Development Managers (BDMs), gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
• Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads regularly.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Support the team in drafting and reviewing business documents, reports, and contracts.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients to build strong relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A MBA or BE with post management diploma from a reputed college in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, must be extrovert and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably schooled and attended college in Bangalore, or alternatively, schooled in Bangalore and graduated from a reputed college outside Bangalore.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Must be willing to travel if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to business development, sales, or client engagement during internships or projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or business analytics platforms is advantageous.
