Role: ANZ IT Sales Manager
The candidate should have strong experience in sales and business development within the ANZ region in the IT staffing industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets by providing high-quality IT staffing solutions.
Candidates must be prepared to work during ANZ hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client accounts for IT staffing services in the
ANZ market.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling/ email, and leveraging business connections.
- Develop strategies to target new clients and penetrate key markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, negotiations, and problem resolution.
- Create and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell IT staffing services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Experience: - A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ANZ IT Staffing Sales or Business Development is required. Total Experience should not be more than 7 years. The latest Experience should be in ANZ IT Staffing.
Required to work in ANZ shift.
